This Tempting Turquoise card uses some bright Rainbow Sherbet designer paper (sorry, it's all gone!), 1/4" grosgrain ribbon and the oval scallop punch with the Oval All stamp set.The good news is the stamp set is in the new catalog, which is available July 1. So is the punch. On this card, the oval scallop is in Pumpkin Pie and adhered to the card with dimensionals.
